Boaz Shitzer
CEO
Boaz’s background starts with management of the Shitzer Chemical Group, a well-established distributor of chemicals including water treatment products, based in Israel. Boaz is a seasoned professional; experienced in complex water treatment and environmental projects, specializing in innovative membrane technologies analysis and implementation. Highly skilled in marketing and sales leadership, he is ambitious, passionate and agile.
Boaz holds a B.Sc. in Economics from Tel Aviv University, Israel, and an MBA in Business Administration, specializing in Marketing and Innovation, from City of London University, UK.

Hobbies: All water sports - surfing, scuba diving, and yachting
Noam Nemesh
VP Engineering
Noam has over 15 years’ substantial engineering experience in process engineering, the water and wastewater sectors. Prior to joining the WFI Group, Noam was a senior consultant operating internationally and supporting businesses within the water sector from Australia through China, Asia, Europe, North and South America. He provided services to a variety of contractors and start-ups from the process sector and was involved in New-Tech programs. In addition, Noam is a member of the Israeli delegation at the International Standard Organization Technical Committee ISO/TC 282 Water Reuse.
Noam holds a B.Sc. in Systems and Mechanical Engineering from Afeka College, Tel-Aviv.

Hobbies: Rock climbing – to the clifftop, surrounded by wind and rocks!
Kojan Soscha
VP Project Development
Kojan is a Project Engineer at AST with experience from the pre-sale stage up to detailed design, commissioning and operation of water treatment plants. He brings 10 years of engineering and operating experience in the water and wastewater sectors. Prior to joining the WFI Group, Kojan was a Process Engineer at Fluence, where he designed and commissioned desalination plants for a variety of sectors including power plants, reclamation and potable use. In addition, Kojan brings operations experience from Mekorot Development and Enterprise, a subsidiary of Mekorot the national water company of Israel.
Kojan holds a B.Sc. in Water Industries from Kinneret College and studied Agricultural Engineering at the Israel Institute of Technology (Technion).

Adva Zohar
Project Manager
Adva is an experienced project manager in the water and wastewater industry. She has been working at AST for the last 6 years, in charge of project management - from PO through project inception, including mechanical engineering and design, purchasing and manufacturing supervision, to delivery.
Adva holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Afeka College of Engineering in Tel Aviv, Israel.

Michael Fuchs
Software Architect & Electrical Engineer
Michael has over 15 years’ experience in the Automation Industry. He brings vast experience in diverse Process Control Systems in the Chemical, Food & Beverage, Renewable Energies, and Pharmaceutical industries - using many different vendors like Siemens, Allen Bradley, Codesys, Ignition & Unitronics. He is passionate about bringing cutting edge technology to the WFI group and its customers.
As a PLC code architect, IT specialist and licensed electrician, he loves to handle the most difficult tasks in SCADA Systems, Data-Management, Process Instrumentation as well as Pumps, Drives, Valves and Filtration Systems.
